The trek starts from Lukla where we reach by plane from Kathmandu. During the flight, you will have magnificent geographical views of snow capped high Himalayas, colorful flowered green hills, tiny settlements; river gorges etc....

  1. Day 1 ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU

    On your arrival at Kathmandu, Tribhuwan International Airport, the representative of Adventure Extreme will welcome you & drive you to the respective Hotel . It’s a free day/evening. You can walk around Thamel for shopping.

  2. Day 2 IN KATHMANDU FOR TREK PREPARATION

    The trekking guide and our office representatives will see you in the Hotel after your breakfast. The guide will do a final gear check and organise all the necessary equipment for the trek. Similarly, he will help you to rent or buy the lacking equipment if needed. Then you have a free day to explore around beautiful Kathmandu city. Later in the evening we will go for welcome dinner with the staffs.

  3. Day 3 FLIGHT TO LUKLA AND TREK TO MONJO

    Our trip begins at early morning. Our office staff and trekking guide will see you at the hotel. We will drive to the Airport and go for 30 min flight to Lukla, which flies over endless rolling hills covered with green terraces. Once we reach Lukla, we wil have a short break to organise porters and gear before starting our day’s Trek. We will trek for about 5 hrs to Monjo.

  4. Day 4 TREK TO NAMCHE BAZZAR

    After Breakfast we will trek to Namche Bazzar. The route crosses several steel suspension bridges covered with katas, white well-wishing scarves, and prayer flags. It’s a 5/6 hr hike up to Namche. On a clear day, you can catch your first view of Everest from a lookout about mid-way up the hill.

  5. Day 5 REST DAY IN NAMCHE

    We will spend an extra day in Namche before trekking higher to allow our bodies to adjust to the lower levels of Oxygen in the air. In the morning, we will walk up to the Everest View Hotel to enjoy a panoramic view of Everest, Ama dablam and Thamserku.

  6. Day 6 TREK TO TENGBOCHE

    We will walk to Tengboche Monastery which is the most important monastery for the Sherpas of the Khumbu region. It is the tradition that every climbing expedition to Mt. Everest should be blessed by the head Lama of this monastery. You will enjoy the most spectacular mountain scenery on the face of the Earth on this day.

  7. Day 7 TREK TO DINGBOCHE

    We will walk via Pangboche (3930m), take a moment to look back and enjoy the classic view of Tengboche. It is also the last village before heading right to Ama dablam base camp, which dominates the scenery from now to Lobuche. We again gradually traverse up the valley, cross the Imja River and briefly walk upwards to Dingboche. The mountains appear distinctly more reachable and glorious.

  8. Day 8 REST IN DINGBOCHE FOR ACCLIMATIZATION

    Another rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization. You will experience the great faces of Nuptse, Lhotse and Imja Tsa (Island Peak, 6189m) and another face of Ama dablam. There’s also the option to walk to Chhukung village or visit Pheriche.

  9. Day 9 TREK TO LOBUCHE

    Walking out of Dingboche to Lobuche, we can feel that you can almost touch the mountains and sense that Everest must be close. The trail gradually leads upwards to a small river crossing at the foot of Dughla. The rocky path passes the trekking peak of Lobuche on the left, before we reach Lobuche.

  10. Day 10 TREK TO GORAKSHEP (5357 M-5140 M)

    Gorak Shep is the last settlement before reaching Everest base camp. From Lobuche, it’s a short walk. We will walk further along the rocky terrain alongside the Khumbu glacier to reach Everest base camp. We trek back to Gorak Shep.

  11. Day 11 EXPLORE KALA PATTAR AND TREK TO LOBUCHE

    We rise early the next morning and begin walking a trail behind Gorak Shep to the summit of Kala Pattar (black rock). We will make the return journey to Lobuche.

    After breakfast we will walk to Pangboche from where you can enjoy the classic view of Tengboche and Mt. Amadablam.

FOUNDER/DIRECTOR

Founder/Director, Mr. Jiten Shrestha was born in a village called Salleri(2413 m) of Solukhumbu District of Nepal. Solukhumbu is famous in the world for mountain tourism. The main attraction of Solukhumbu is Mt. Everest (8848 m). Jiten Shrestha spent his childhood and studied his lower secondary level in Salleri village. Later Jiten Shrestha was selected by the Government of Nepal to study in Kathmandu at Budhanilkantha School. The school was one of the best and was running by the British Government. He compled his higher secondary school from Budhanikantha School and joined Trichandra College in Kathmandu for further education.

Mr. Durga Shrestha (Kaji)

CO- FOUNDER/ADVISER

Durga Shrestha (Kaji) was born in East of Nepal, Bamti Bhandar, Bamti Bhandar is the trail to Everest region. Durga Shrestha spent his childhood in the village studying and helping his parent to run a  Lodge which was called Buddha Lodge. While running the lodge, he met and interacted with a lot of tourists from all over the world and later moved to Kathmandu to start his trekking career.
